We want you to love your purchase — but if you change your mind, here’s how returns work:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the protective cover on the planner must remain intact and unopened.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned planner, it will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in its original, unused condition.
Downloadable products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please contact us at info@papersandbloom.com before returning an item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
